devcontainer.json

Using Dev Containers
To utilize a dev container, contributors need to: 1. Install Docker appropriate to their operating system. 2. Use a compatible code editor, such as Visual Studio Code with the Dev Containers extension installed. 3. Open the project folder in the editor and select the option to “Reopen in Container,” which will build and start the containerized environment.
Once launched, all development, debugging, testing, and tool usage occurs inside the container, ensuring uniformity across all users.
